Are you recently bereaved or dealing with grief and loss and would value the opportunity to talk through how you are feeling?

If you are facing life after the death of a loved one or close friend or family member and you are finding it hard to work through your thoughts and feelings then you may benefit from talking it through in a confidential safe way with one of the friendly advisors at the Family Support Centre.
